IBRCORE (ibrcore.com) is a workforce and fleet management platform for delivery-services companies. The IBRCORE app (com.ibrcore.employee) is provided to those companies (“Employers”) for their delivery riders and staff. Employee accounts are created and managed by the Employer.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your IBRCORE account and associated personal data, email privacy@ibrcore.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, including your full name, employee ID, and the name of your Employer (the delivery company that issued your account) — or contact your Employer's HR department directly.
What is deleted
- Your mobile login account and device push tokens.
- Your profile contact details, uploaded documents, and location history collected by the app.
What may be retained
Certain records (for example payroll, tax, and employment records) may be retained by your Employer for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business needs, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Timeframe
Verified requests are actioned within 30 days, subject to the legal retention requirements above.
